The benefits people miss
Policies are long and the useful parts are buried. On a health, car or travel insurance policy, DocIt shows common benefits, with the page number so you can check the wording yourself:
- Roadside assistance
- No-claim bonus
- Free health check-up
- Flight accident cover
- On travel policies: medical cover abroad, trip cancellation, lost baggage and passport loss
On policies from India it also spots terms such as cashless treatment, OPD cover and restoration of the sum insured.
It looks for these common benefits only, and it knows some policy wording better than others, so it won't catch everything a policy offers. Always check the page it points to, and confirm with your insurer before you rely on a benefit.
Dates that matter
DocIt’s Cover tab also lists what needs attention and the last safe day to act, like a renewal coming up, so you don’t find out after the date has passed.
For the people you look after
Add your parents or spouse and mark which documents belong to whom. Cover shows each person’s benefits and dates separately.
